Many times we get stuck in the day to day struggle of going to work, taking care of a family, meeting financial obligations that seem to be mounting, or not getting along with a loved one.

Setting an intention can be very helpful in eliminating the struggle and pain of everyday life.

For example…our words are powerful indicators of how we are feeling about something. 

If you use the words struggle, hard, scary, not enough, and “it never works for me”…those words have created a picture in your mind and you have set an intention.

How do we change that?

We start being aware of our words.  It’s that easy.  Words even spoken in our mind are  very powerful.

Try this as an experiment for yourself.

What are your first thoughts when you wake up in the morning…especially on Monday or whatever day you go to work? 

1. The traffic is going to be bad today

2. I have to get the kids up and that’s always a hassle

3. Oh today is that meeting I’ve been dreading

4. I have to pay the bills…and I never have enough money

5. My back hurts and my feet hurt, I’m just getting old.

And the list goes on…and all these thoughts conjure up feelings of struggle, and are energy drains.

Try these thoughts instead:

1. Even though the traffic might be bad today, it’s  going to be easy for me to get to work, I can see it being easy getting to the freeway, and the on-ramp will be clear for me, and I will find a great station to listen to on the way to work. And if there is a snag, I can keep a positive image of getting to work on time and enjoying the music.

[See how the energy shifted? It Feels lighter thinking about driving to work. You have prepaved the way to work by using your thoughts and intentions that even though it might be busy, you can see and feel yourself already making it easier.]

2. Even though the kids hate getting up, maybe I can surprise them with a tickle game or give them a favorite snack in their lunch today.  That will start your day out with a smile.

3. Even though I’ve been dreading that meeting, I will see myself saying the right thing at the appropriate time, and  feel secure and confident in myself.

4. Even though I have the bills to pay, I can pay the ones that are due.  I ask and will allow thoughts of prosperity and abundance to be with me when I pay the bills and will have the knowing that the money will be there.

[Open you mind to other possibilities of obtaining money, maybe a job that you would love to have that pays more. Or visualize yourself asking for a raise, or getting a promotion.  See it and use your thoughts to create the feeling of it being real.]

5. Even though my back hurts and age is getting to me, I know that all my cells within my body are functioning at their perfect frequency for perfect health, balance and harmony within my body. Every breath of air, every drink of water is a cellular match to what my body needs to be in perfect health. I allow health, joy and freedom into my life.

Do yourself a favor, try watching fun programs, and listening to soothing music. And think fun thoughts.

Chinese Energy Medicine is the another form of Energy Healing.  Chinese Energy Medicine works through the different meridians of the body.  That is what Accupuncture is …Chinese Energy Medicine.

However the type of Chinese Energy Medicine I use incorporates the principles of Quantum Physics.  It is intution and allowing the body to show the energy imbalances, and the practitioner to rebalance the imbalances.

For example I was giving a workshop and one of the participants was very skeptical of my work.  She thought I was implying that I had super natural powers.  I emphatically tried to explain that everyone has the ability to access this Universal Knowledge and energy.

When I asked for volunteers, she readily raised her hand.  She told me she had trouble lifting your arms up past her shoulders.  They would get stuck.  I asked her how long it’s been that way, and she told me it had been over a year.

It was her left shoulder that was the worst…when I put my hand on her shoulder I immediately got the feeling she had been left out of something.  I asked her body to show me a picture…and I saw her as a small child with people walking away from her.  Leaving her.

I asked her if she had ever been left behind…and she scoffed at the suggestion and said never.  I asked her again, because this feeling was overwhelming and very deep.  She all of a sudden remembered when she was 5 years old of a time when their neighbors that had moved away, came back to visit.  They took her older brother to Marine World in San Diego, but left her behind.  She was crying at the window as they drove away.  And to make matters worse, her father spanked her for crying.

So now I knew this was an emotional manifestation in her body.  And I helped her body by flipping the switch from feeling left out, to being loved and accepted.  Giving her freedom and mobility and flexibility in her body.  Within a few moments, I asked her to raise her arms, and the range of motion was a huge improvement.

This type of work is working the energy field of the body, and creating a Ying Yang balance in the energy field, allowing the body and mind to release old energy, limiting beliefs and negative emotions that hold you back.

I incorporate Chinese Energy Medicine in all my work.  And by the way…she was not a skeptic when we were through.  I hope you experience the same immediate results.  That is always my wish for you.

Energy Healing is the healing of energy to change it to it’s highest fequency for our highest good.

What?  Let me explain…

Everything in our world is composed of energy.  All things vibrate at different frequencies and vibrations.  Energy is a composition of molecules vibrating at different rates and frequency to make thing either look solid and hard, or vaperous.

I am not going to make this a physics class…but we need to remember what energy is.  Energy can be seen or unseen.  Wind is energy.  We can’t see wind, but we can see the pattern that winds cause or the effects of wind.

Food is energy, we can’t see the energy of food, but we can see the effects of food on our body.  Illness has an energy, and it’s a very low vibratory energy.  Words have energy, we can’t see them, but we feel them when people speak them.  Everything is energy.

So now that we understand everything is energy, what is Energy Healing?

Through thought and intention, we can change the energy of how food, thoughts, words, environmental conditions affect us.   We can change whatever comes into our energy field into what should be in our highest and best good.

But I know from experience, that can be easier said than done.  Because of how complex our minds are, and how we have absorbed this energy into our bodies, it is difficult to seperate ourselves from what we are feeling and what we know we should be doing.

That’s why we go to somebody that can help us in changing the energy frequency of how things affect us…Energy Healing.  It is healing the energy in our bodies that have been ill effected by things in our environment, in our relationships, in our environment, and our foods.

What is Reiki? and where did it come from?

There is a basic misunderstanding about Reiki…some people think it’s a religion and goes against the values of the Church, or Christ.  It is NOT a religion.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of hands on healing that was originally brought to our attention by Dr. Usui.  Dr. Usui was said to have gone and meditated on a high mountain for 21 days without food, and was shown very sacred symbols.

When he came back to the village with this sacred knowledge, he knew he had been given a great gift.  He started using these symbols in healing people by placing his hands on people and using these symbols in his mind with sounds or words attached to the symbols.

People would flock to him, but he wanted to teach people how to do this healing work for themselves.  He knew people would value the gift if they had to pay for it.  So he charged very high prices to learn this gift.  At one point in time it would cost a person $10,000 to become a Reiki Master along with years of practicing and apprenticing.

In modern times, it is easy very easy to learn Reiki.  But in keeping with the strict standards of learning Reiki, the symbols are to be kept secret.  If you practice the symbols on paper, the paper must be destroyed.

However a Reiki Master and healer, Diane Stein shocked the Reikiworld when she published her Reiki book exposing all the symbols!

Reiki introduced to me the power of self healing and allowed me to share this gift with others.  After experiencing many amazing healing effects, I wanted to learn more.  That was when I turned to CranioSacral Therapy.  And then QuantumTouch, EFT, Chinese Energetic Medicine, Yuen healing method, and many many more.

But the bottom line is…our minds and our thoughts which are intentions are seeding the  future of our health, and our experiences. Keeping an open mind that you will attract the perfect balance and experiences that will be in your highest and best good.
